Below are the access codes to the front and back gates. Take your time with the front gate, if you punch the code in to quickly it can miss a digit!

👮House Rules

We know rules can be annoying at times, but hey they let us live together harmoniously!

• 🙏🏼 The first rule of fight club is: Respect the neighbors at all times.
• 🫶🏼 Please, treat our home with care, this is an Airbnb not a hotel.
• 📣 A note on noise!
• ⏰ Quiet hours are between 9pm - 9am.
• 🔇 Please keep exterior doors closed if you are making noise.
• 🪩 Airbnb has a blanket ban on parties and so do we.
• 🔊 Noise levels must not exceed 80dB during the day, measure your levels. Please note we do monitor this.
• 💜 Please respect our furniture!
• 😴 Guests can not sleep over.
• 🚭 No smoking indoors please, use the patios.
• 🌯 All food must be removed before checkout.
• 😢 Accidents happen, if they do please contact me and we will solve it!
• 🕚 Checkout: 11:00 AM (LMK if you neeed a little longer)

📺TV & Music

1. Use the controller to lower the blind/screen, you can also close the blackout shades on the doors if you need (squeeze handels to close).
2. Turn on the TV with the Projector TV controller's power button, be patient while the projector warms and starts up!
3. Use the Roku controller and any of the apps available, you can also Airplay from your phone if you have an iPhone or iPad

Important: Please do not move the console unit or the projector.

🚙Where to park

There should be ample free street parking on the main street in front of the house, please be sure to observe the street sweeping schedules.
